Steve: “When I first moved to London, this place was a second home. Good ol’ caff by day, Mediterranean hidey-hole by night, I spent many hours in Adams Cafe. Its where the lads met for brekkie, where my girlfriend and I went when we couldn’t be arsed cooking, where Abdel’s Jabba-the-Hutt style laugh would thunder from behind the bar and make you choke on your harissa and olives.

So it was nice, years later, to design and build a quick little site for them that evoked the spirit of the place.”
